Digital product — access is immediate

AISTAB Start is a digital product that grants immediate access to a configured AI assistant and method materials. Because access is delivered instantly and cannot be “returned”, all sales are generally final once access has been delivered.

EU / EEA right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase. For digital content supplied immediately, this right is lost once supply has begun. By starting the setup and accessing the product, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you thereby lose the 14-day right of withdrawal. If you have not yet started access, you may still withdraw within 14 days.

When we refund or fix

Regardless of the above, we will refund or resolve your purchase if:

• access was not delivered and we cannot resolve it;
• you were charged more than once for the same purchase;
• the product materially differs from its description on this site.

Missing an access email is not itself grounds for a refund — please check spam first or ask us to resend.

How to request

Email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase with your order details and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within 24 hours. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 10 business days (timing may depend on your bank or payment provider).

Founding access

Founding places are limited only because we observe each setup to keep quality high and improve the product quickly. There are no fake timers or artificial scarcity, and the refund terms above apply equally to founding purchases.
