1. Who we are
AISTAB is a product operated by Dmitrii Korshunov, an individual (sole proprietor) based in Estonia (7b Narva maantee, 10117 Tallinn, Estonia). In these Terms, “we”, “us”, and “AISTAB” refer to that operator. By purchasing or using AISTAB Start you agree to these Terms.
2. What AISTAB Start is
AISTAB Start is a digital product. It is a guided setup that helps you build a personal AI operating structure inside your own AI assistant account: it organises your goals, projects, roles, memory, decisions, tasks, and confirmation boundaries, and helps you complete a first real task. You receive access to a configured assistant together with the underlying method.
AISTAB Start is a method and a tool. It does not promise any specific business, financial, or personal outcome. Results depend on how you use it.
3. Access and licence
On purchase you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for one user. Access is delivered as a link and/or access code.
- You may not resell, sublicense, share, publish, or redistribute your access, access codes, or the provided materials.
- Access codes and links are issued per purchase and are intended for a single buyer.
- We may suspend or revoke access if it is shared, resold, or used in breach of these Terms.
4. Third-party AI platforms
AISTAB Start runs on top of third-party AI platforms (for example ChatGPT by OpenAI). You need your own account with the relevant platform and must comply with that platform’s terms. We are independent and are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by OpenAI or any AI provider. Availability, behaviour, and pricing of those platforms are outside our control and may change.
5. Your workspace and ownership
The working structure you generate (your portable “state” — goals, decisions, tasks, memory) belongs to you. You own it, control it, and can keep it independently of us. You are responsible for the content you place into your AI workspace and for reviewing any output before acting on it.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not use AISTAB Start for unlawful purposes or to violate the terms of any third-party platform.
- Do not attempt to resell access or misrepresent the product as your own.
- Sensitive, irreversible, external, financial, or public actions are gated for human confirmation by design; you remain responsible for approving them.
7. Payments and pricing
Prices are shown at checkout. International payments are processed by Stripe; regional payment methods may be offered separately. We do not store full card details — payments are handled by the payment processor. Applicable taxes are shown or handled at checkout where required.
8. Refunds
Because AISTAB Start grants immediate access to digital materials, refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
9. Disclaimers and liability
AISTAB Start is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose or any guarantee of results. We are not responsible for outputs generated by third-party AI systems, or for interruptions caused by third-party platforms. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.
10. Changes
We may update AISTAB Start and these Terms over time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
